Caracollo, Oruro, Oct 13 (ABI).- On Monday, President Evo Morales Ayma invited to Opposition’s Prefects for being part of demonstration and demand to National Congress approbation of legislation for referenda about New Constitution in which are included Departmental autonomies.

"If Prefect in Santa Cruz Ruben Costas, Mario Cossio in Tarija, Prefects, and civic committees wish Departmental autonomies, so they would have to be within demonstration for establishing indigenous, rural, and departmental autonomies," President Evo affirmed.

At the morning, this Monday thousands of Social Organizations’ members in Bolivia started a demonstration for democracy, unity, and approbation of legislation for referenda about New Constitution.

Evo Morales Ayma informed if opposition’s politicians, civics and Prefects won’t support established agreements about autonomies in the meeting in Cochabamba, it will mean they are acting politically against Government.

President remembered right-wing’s actions are irresponsible, because after civics-Prefects’ failure of coup, through a terrible liar strategy, they are trying to show President as responsible of massacre occurred in Pando.

They said it deliberately because "they don’t like approbation of New Constitution, each day is passing they make up a piece of gossip for confusing population, but they are hiding their bad intentions about approbation of New Constitution in Bolivia," President assured.
